摘　　要： 司马迁《史记》关于季平子的记载具有"尊君抑臣"的倾向。《左传》记载季平子的事迹,既体现了左氏对季平子的维护,又表现了他对平子失德、失礼行为的批判,呈现出一种客观的态度。左氏理性的评价与礼坏乐崩的时代背景及他对"礼"的推崇不可分割。 The records of Ji Ping-zi in Si Ma-qian＇s Shi Jiis inclined to respect the king and despise the minister.Zuo＇scomments have the objective attitude about Ji because the wordsshow Zuo＇s partiality for himbutalso Zuo criticize Ji＇s behavior with no morality and etiquette.Zuo＇s rational commentsare related to the time of the disintegration of the ceremony and his esteem for etiquette.
