摘　　要： 制度治党乃党建之道,从严治党制度化建设,是党中央从严治党的政治宣示,是形成"不敢腐""不能腐""不想腐"政治生态的逻辑要求和题中之义。描绘从严治党制度化建设的逻辑理路,必须旗帜鲜明地以坚持党的领导为核心,着眼于通过理清从严治党制度化建设的逻辑进路,通过管权、治吏以及严肃党内政治生活等方面的制度优化,以问题为导向探索从严治党制度化建设的实践路径,促进从严治党的制度规范内化为党员干部的思想意识,外化为党员干部的自觉行为。 System management is the key to party construction.Systematic construction in strengthening party discipline is the political declaration of the party,and also is the logical requirement and the meaning to construct political ecology（do not dare to corrupt,can not corrupt,do not want to corrupt）.In order to explain the logic of strengthening party discipline,we must strictly stick to the party leadership,must focus on clarifying the logic route of systematic construction,must optimize the system such as supervising the authority and regulating the officials,and must enforce the seriousness of inner party political life.We must analyze the problems to explore the practical route of strengthening party discipline,and promote the course of transforming the systematic norm to the party cadres＇ ideology internally and their conscious behavior externally.
