摘　　要： 目的了解福建省成人道路交通伤害主要行为危险因素流行特征。方法 2010~2012年,在福建省9个设区市采用多阶段整群随机抽样,抽取6 016名≥18岁常住居民,通过面对面问卷调查的方式收集道路交通伤害相关行为危险因素信息,并用2010年第六次全国人口普查的福建省人口数据对样本进行了校正。结果 2010~2012年,福建省4 478名成人摩托车驾/乘人员中,头盔不佩戴率为34.65%,女性(38.04%)高于男性(31.63%)(P<0.01),城市(39.32%)高于农村(32.43%)(P<0.01),老年城市女性不佩戴率最高,达到了79.33%;机动车驾驶员安全带不佩戴率为18.88%,农村(20.88%)高于城市(15.76%)(P<0.05);机动车驾驶员酒后驾驶率为7.85%;机动车驾驶员疲劳驾驶率为17.83%;机动车驾驶员无证驾驶率为14.75%。结论福建省成人道路交通行为问题较严重,不容忽视。 Objective To describe the prevalence and characteristics of the major behavioral risk factors for road traffic injury among adults in Fujian province. Methods The multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 6 016 individuals aged 18 and above in Fujian province,2010-2012,and a one-onone questionnaire survey was carried out to collect information on road traffic injury related risk factors.Finally,the sample was adjusted with the sixth census population data of Fujian province. Results The rate of not using hamlets in motorcyclists and occupants was34.65%,that of females（38.04%）was significantly higher than that of males（31.63%）（P〈 0.01）,that of urban residents（39.32%）was significantly higher than that of rural residents（32.43%）（P〈 0.01）,the highest one was that of the old urban women,reaching 79.33%.The rate of not using seat belts in the motor vehicle drivers was 18.88%,that of rural residents（20.88%）was significantly higher than that of urban residents（15.76%）（P〈 0.05）.The drinking driving rate was 7.85%.The fatigue driving rate was 17.83%.The unlicensed driving rate was 14.75%. Conclusion The high prevalence of road traffic injury＇s risk behaviors is a rather serious problem in Fujian province,which should not be ignored.
