摘　　要： 目的了解烟台市莱山区中小学生2014~2016年视力低下状况,为防控学生视力不良提供科学依据。方法按照GB/T 26343-2010《学生健康检查技术规范》的要求,对莱山区中小学生进行了健康体检,对视力检查资料进行统计学分析。结果 2014~2016年烟台市莱山区21所中小学校49 276名学生,检出视力不良者27 693人,视力不良率为56.20%。男生为52.69%,女生为59.98%;城市学生为63.31%,农村学生为46.70%;初中学生为82.58%,小学生为43.52%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。视力低下程度构成,小学生以中度为主(43.43%),中学生以重度为主(65.64%)。结论烟台市莱山区中小学生视力低下率较高。 Objective To understand the status of eyesight dysfunction of students in primary and high schools in Laishan district,Yantai city,2014-2016,so as to provide scientific basis for its prevention and control. Methods The students of primary and high schools in Laishan district of Yantai city participated in a visual acuity checkup,and the results of visual acuity were statically analyzed according to Technical specifications for student health examination. Results During2014-2016,49 276 students from 21 schools in Laishan district,Yantai city were examined for visual acuity,among whom27 693 suffered eyesight dysfunction,with a rate of 56.20%.The rate of eyesight dysfunction was 52.69%in boys,and59.98%in girls;The rate of eyesight dysfunction in urban students was 63.21%,and 46.70% in rural students,and82.58%in students from junior high schools,43.43%in students from primary schools（P〈 0.01）.Moderate degree was the main component of eyesight dysfunction in primary school students（43.43%）,and severe degree was the main component of eyesight dysfunction in high school students（65.54%）. Conclusion The prevalence of eyesight dysfunction is high among students from primary and high schools in Laishan district of Yantai city.
