摘　　要： 激励机制的建设是高职院校后勤管理工作当中极为重要的一部分。完善后勤管理激励机制,对高职院校教育事业的发展有着重要意义。针对当前高职院校后勤管理激励机制建设存在的问题,以此提出激励机制建设的相关建议,并进行探讨^([1])。 The construction of incentive mechanism is a very important part of logistics management in vocational colleges. Improvement on the incentive mechanism of logistics management is of great significance to the development of vocational education. In view of the problems existing in the construction of incentive mechanism of logistics management in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of incentive mechanism, and probes into them.
