摘　　要： 《旅游政策与法规》是高职旅游类专业的职业技能课程之一,是一门理论性与应用性并重,同时具有很强时效性的课程。在目前高职《旅游政策与法规》教学实践中,面临着学生学习兴趣不高、教师缺乏法学专业背景、教材滞后现行政策与法规、教学内容重法规轻政策、教学方法单一、考核方式不合理等问题和挑战。立足高职人才培养目标要求,根据《旅游政策与法规》课程特点,从师资力量、教材、教学内容、教学方法和考核体系等方面探讨课程教学改革措施。 The course of Policies and Regulations of Tourism is a major-related professional skill course for vocational tourism majors. It＇ s a theoretical and applied course, with strong timeliness. There are a lot of problems and challenges in the current teaching practice of this course. Such as students had less interesting, teachers are lack of professional background in law, the textbook lags behind current policies and regulations, the content of courses and the evaluation mode is not reasonable. The article is based on the training goal of vocational colleges, and considering the features of this course, discussing the teaching reform measures from the teachers, textbooks, teaching contents, teaching methods and examination system.
