摘　　要： 韶关学院已连续四年成立"校园就业服务团队",为学校毕业生的就业做出了积极的贡献,但也存在一些问题。因此,高校应进一步提升校园就业服务水平和能力,充分发挥校园就业服务团队的重要作用,为广大毕业生提供更多、更优质的就业服务,助推他们实现高质量就业。 Shaoguan University has set up a ＂campus employment service team＂ for four consecutive years, making a positive contribution to the employment of school graduates. But there are some problems. Therefore, colleges and universities should further enhance the level and ability of campus employment service; give full play to the important role of the campus employment service team, to provide more and better employment services for the majority of graduates and help them to achieve high-quality employment.
