摘 要: 目的研究毛冬青中的环烯醚萜苷类化学成分。方法将硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、半微量制备型高效液相色谱法相结合,对毛冬青的体积分数70%乙醇溶液提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取物进行分离、纯化,通过~1H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR等波谱数据鉴定分离得到化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了7个环烯醚萜苷类化合物,分别为oleoacteoside(1)、nuezhenide(2)、7″-epifraxamoside(3)、(7″S)-7″-ethoxyoleuropein(4)、(7″R)-7″-ethoxyoleuropein(5)、(7″S)-7″-methoxyoleuropein(6)、(7″R)-7″-methoxyoleuropein(7)。结论化合物3-7为首次从冬青属植物中分离得到的环烯醚萜苷类化合物。 Objective To study the iridoid glycosides chemical constituents from llex pubescens Hook. et Am. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography, sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, p-TLC and semi-preparative HPLC methods were used for the separation and purification of the ethyl acetate extract of 70% ethanol extract from Ilex pubescens Hook. et Am.. The structures of compounds were identified by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra. Results Seven iridoid glycosides were isolated and identified as oleoacteoside ( 1 ), nuezhenide ( 2 ), 7"-epifraxamoside ( 3 ), ( 7" S ) -7"- ethoxyoleuropein ( 4 ), ( 7" R ) -7"-ethoxyoleuropein ( 5 ), ( 7" S ) -7"-methoxyoleuropein ( 6 ), ( 7" R ) -7"- methoxyoleuropein(7). Conclusions Compounds 3 -7 are obtained from genus Ilex for the first time.
