摘　　要： 抑郁症已成为严重影响人们心理健康的一种疾病,其给家庭及社会带来沉重的经济及精神负担。建立抑郁症动物模型,对于抑郁症病因、发病机制以及药物筛选具有重要意义。非人灵长类在种系发生上较啮齿类更接近于人类,其行为表现也与人类更加接近,因而非人灵长类抑郁症模型更具价值。总结分析常用的非人灵长类抑郁症模型建模方法和各自特点,了解其表面效度、结构效度和预测效度,将为人类抑郁症的研究提供更可靠的理论参考及研究方向。 Depression has become a serious disease with serious impact on people＇s mental health, bringing a heavy economicand mental burden to the family and society. It is important to establish the animal model of depression for the etiology,pathogenesis and drug screening. Nonhuman primates are more closely related to humans than rodents in the occurrence of germs, the behaviors are also closer to human beings, therefore nonhuman primate depression model is more valuable. Summarizing the modeling method of nonhuman primate depression model and its own characteristics, understanding the surface validity, structural validity and predictive validity, will provide a reliable theoretical reference and research direction for the study on human depression.
