摘　　要： 该文利用四川省1961—2014年逐日的平均风速,采用一元线性方程、5 a滑动平均、M-K突变检验、EOF正交函数分解等方法,研究了四川省以及各个分区年平均风速时间和空间分布特征,得到以下结论:(1)四川省年平均风速每10 a减少为0.046 m/s,且4个分区的年平均风速均呈递减的变化趋势,其中川北地区递减幅度最大,同时得出年平均风速存在9~13 a小尺度、8~18 a中尺度的周期变化规律。(2)1990年为年平均风速年际突变年。(3)四川省年平均风速空间分布类型呈东—西型、东北—西南型空间分布特征。该文的研究为四川省风能资源的利用以及对大风造成的灾害防御工作的开展提供一定的指导意义。 Making use Sichuan Province 1961-2014 daily average wind speed data, by using a linear equation, 5 -year moving average, MK mutation test, EOF orthogonal function decomposition method, Sichuan Province＇ s each partition annual average wind speed, maximum wind speed of time and spatial distribution were analyzed, the following conclusions were obtained：（1）in Siehuan Province, the annual average wind speed of each 10A decreased to 0. 046m/s, and the annual average wind speed of four partitions all showed a trend of decline, the decline was the largest in North Sichuan area, at the same time that the annual average wind speed is 9 -13 years, 8 18 years in the small scale scale cycle variation. （2）annual mean wind speed in 1990. （3）the spatial distribution of annual average wind speed in Sichuan province is the spatial distribution pattern of the East West and the Northeast southwest. The research of this paper provides some guidance for the utilization of wind energy resources in Sichuan province and the development of disaster prevention.
