摘　　要： 本文概述了光纤到户通信设施工程的背景,从规范、政策文件方面概括了其支撑体系,阐述了光纤到户通信设施工程的工程界面划分及用户接入点的选择,并重点介绍了光纤检测的范围、传输指标要求、方法、仪器设备、测试波长的选择等内容,并指出了光纤到户通信设施工程施工过程中需要注意的相关问题。 The background of the communication facilities for fiber to the home （FTTH） engineering is briefly introduced in this paper, the supporting system of which is also summarize from both the aspects of specifications and policy documents. The engineering section division and the access point selection for subscriber of communication facilities for FTTH engineering is expounded, where the scope of optical fiber detection, transmission index requirements, methods and equipment, and the test wavelength selection are highlighted. Moreover, corresponding precautions during the construction are also pointed out.
