摘　　要： 针对淮海经济区的宿迁、连云港、宿州、商丘、济宁、枣庄、徐州和淮北这8座城市的宜居水平进行研究,建立衡量城市宜居水平的评价指标体系.利用层次分析法说明了宜居城市建设在实现城市可持续发展中的重要性,使用因子分析计算城市宜居水平的综合得分,给出8座城市的宜居水平排名,并给出相应的建议. Studies the livable level of eight cities in huaihai economic zone such as Suqian, Lianyungang, Suzhou, Shangqiu, Jining, Zaozhuang, Xuzhou and Huaibei, establishes the evaluation index system of urban livable level. Uses the analytic hierarchy process to show the importance of the construction of livable city iri the sustainable development of cities. Calculates the comprehensive the ranking of the livable level of eight cities. At last, score of urban livable level by using factor analysis, and make gives the corresponding suggestions.
