摘　　要： [目的]为筛选出用于防治二斑叶螨的有效药剂,评价新型杀螨剂乙唑螨腈的防效。[方法]采用玻片浸渍法和田间药效试验方法,测定乙唑螨腈对二斑叶螨的毒力和防治效果。[结果]乙唑螨腈对二斑叶螨各螨态均具有很好的防治效果,24、48、72 h对成螨的LC_(50)值分别为9.6391、9.6436、8.7066 mg/L,对若螨的LC_(50)值分别为28.0671、29.8148、26.5330 mg/L,对卵的LC_(50)值为15.7037 mg/L,其毒力明显高于联苯肼酯。田间试验结果表明:30%乙唑螨腈SC 60、100、300 mg/L 3种质量浓度处理对二斑叶螨具有很好的防治效果,药后1 d的防效分别为93.11%、91.10%、92.51%,药后14 d的防效分别达96.35%、98.30%、98.84%,且3种剂量之间差异不大,明显高于43%联苯肼酯SC的防效。[结论]乙唑螨腈对二斑叶螨具有非常好的防效,可作为防治二斑叶螨的药剂推广使用。 [Aims] This study aims to screen out effective acaricide for control of the two-spotted spider mite Tetranychus urticae Koch and evaluate the control efficacy of newly developed acaricide SYP-9625. [Methods] The toxicity and field control efficacy of the SYP-9625 to the T. urticae were tested using slide-dipping bioassay method and field trial. [Results] The bioassay results showed that the SYP-9625 had high control efficacy to all development stages of the T. uticae, with LC（50） of 9.6391, 9.6436 and 8.7066 mg/L for adults after 24, 48 and 72 h treatment,respectively, 28.0671, 29.8148 and 26.5330 mg/L to nymphs after 24, 48 and 72 h treatment, respectively, and 15.7037 mg/L to eggs, which were higher than corresponding values of bifenazate. The field trials showed that three concentrations（60, 100 and 300 mg/L） of the SYP-9625 30% SC all had high control efficacy to the T. uticae, with control efficacy value of 93.11, 91.10 and 92.51% after spray for one day, respectively, and 96.35, 98.30 and 98.84% after spray for 14 days,respectively, which were higher than that of 43% bifenazate SC. [Conclusion] The SYP-9625 is a high efficient acaricide that could be recommended for management of the T. uticae.
