摘 要: 从活体和分子水平上简述了槲皮素对马铃薯X病毒、番茄环斑病毒、番茄丛矮病毒等植物病毒的抑制活性。讨论了槲皮素衍生物和结构类似物对植物病毒或人类病毒的抑制活性。描述了槲皮素对本氏烟等植物热休克蛋白70的表达调控效果。以哺乳动物细胞为例,探讨槲皮素调控热休克因子的分子机理。 This paper described the antiviral activity of quercetin against plant virus containing potato virus X(PVX),tomato ringspot virus(Tom RSV), tomato bushy stunt tombusvirus(TBSV) at the levels of living body and molecule,then disscussed the anti-viral activity of quercetin and its derivatives against plant virus and human virus. The effect of heat shock protein 70(Hsp 70) regulated by quercetin in Nicotiana benthamiana leaf was also described. The mammalian cell was selected as the samples to discuss the action mechanism of heat shock factor(Hsf) regulated by quercetin.
