摘　　要： 2016年2月12—14日,烟台市出现寒潮、大风、降温、冰冻天气,其中出现的雨转雪天气和急速降温对当地部分站点的风和能见度等要素的观测带来了很大影响。该文从风、能见度传感装置在设备维护,数据的记录、极值及异常值的处理等方面进行了分析,对提高数据的完整性和可用度以及设备的完善等方面给出了建议。 A cold snap, with strong wind, cooling down and ice freezing, occurred in Yantai, on Feb. 12 to 14, 2016. During the process, there were great influences on the measurement for wind and visibility using automatic weather station by the rain to snow weather and the rapid cooling down. In this study, based on the analysis on equipment maintenance, data recording, and extreme and abnormal value processing from the wind and visibility sensing devices, we gave some suggestions about the integrity and availability of measure data and the improvement of equipment.
