摘　　要： 以中信宿州土地信托、北信铜陵土地信托、中信马鞍山土地信托为蓝本,系统考察了其在规范管理、保障各方权益方面存在的问题;阐述了在当前深化农村土地改革的大背景下,集体土地信托加快了集约化经营同时,亦加速了土地流转,有效解决抛荒地复耕和土地流转项目融资难的问题;提出了完善土地信托流转中相关法律问题的建议。 Based on CITIC Suqian Land Trust, Beixin Tongling Land Trust and CITIC Ma＇anshan Land Trust, the problems in standardizing the management and safeguarding the rights and interests of all parties are systematically investigated. It is pointed out that under the background of deepening the rural land reform, the collective land trust has accelerated the intensive operation and the land transfer, and effectively solved the problem of financing the land reclamation and land transfer project. Suggestions are put forward to improve the relevant legal problems in the transfer of land trust.
