循证实践视角下心理健康教育的优质均衡发展——以广州市为例

摘  要: "优质均衡"是心理健康教育发展的重要目标。在循证实践理念的基础上,广州市的"四位一体"心理健康教育模式将教育者、教育对象、研究者及管理者四方纳入同一实践框架,为实现"优质均衡"的发展目标提供了具体、可操作的途径。它强调教育者必须遵循"最有效"的研究证据进行教育,保证了心理健康教育的"优质";它弱化教育者的个人经验,重视教育对象的特征与文化,体现了民主、公正、共享等时代精神,促进了心理健康教育的"均衡"发展;它要求管理者循证制定政策,协同各方创建证据数据库,深入教育过程进行动态监控,为心理健康教育"优质均衡"发展提供条件保障。但总体而言,循证实践模式还处于探索阶段,存在研究证据数量不足、教育队伍素质有待提高等问题。 "High - quality balanced development" is one of the most important goals for school mental health practice. The "four -in -one" school mental health practice model in Guangzhou, which is consistent with the theory of evidence - based practice, takes the educators, the students, the researchers and the managers into one integrated practical framework. The "four - in - one" model emphasizes that the educators must abide by the "most ef- fective" research evidence in their educational practice, which is beneficial to the "high - quality" of mental health practice. It reduces the significance of the educators' personal experience, focuses on students' characteristics and culture, and complies with the zeitgeist such as democracy, justice and sharing, so it promotes the "balanced de- velopment" of school mental health practice. It requires that the managers formulate policies, establish the evidence databases, monitor the whole process of mental health practice, and create the necessary conditions for high - quality balanced development of mental health practice. In general, the "four- in- one" school mental health practice is still in its early stage, and there exist some problems such as insufficient evidences and less well - educated practitioners.
