摘　　要： 秦汉时期,人们十分重视天象和天象解说。基于对天象占候的相信,统治者将其视作君权天授的象征,并以此为据衡量、整理朝政,缓解社会矛盾。儒者将天文星占学视为儒学知识的一部分,对异常天象的解说是儒家灾异论的重要内容之一。劝谏君主以期有补于朝政,或是党于戚宦以谋仕途,是儒者解说天象的目的所在。 People attached great importance to astronomical phenomena and the explanation about them in the Qin and Han Dynasties. People believed the symbolic meaning of astronomical phenomena. Based on it, dominators seemed the astronomical phenomena as the symbol of divine right of kings. And they also evalu- ated and reorganized affairs of state based on astronomical phenomena and the explanation. Confucian re- garded astronomy and astrological divination knowledge as parts of Confucian knowledge. The explanation about astronomical phenomena was one important part of disaster theory. Confucian made use of astronom- ical phenomena explanation for remonstrating the King or promoting in the official career.
