摘　　要： 满足人民群众基本文化需求是我国社会主义文化建设的基本任务,广大农村的文化服务一直以来都是我国公共服务中最为薄弱的一个环节,农民的公共文化需求更是被忽视。本文以对西安农村公共文化服务供给-需求的矛盾分析为基础,通过创新农村文化服务供给方式、拓宽服务供给渠道、优化服务设施格局,试图探寻一条提升农村公共文化服务质量和水平的有效途径,最终满足农民公共文化需求,维护农民的文化权益。 It is the basic task of the construction of socialist culture to meet the basic cultural needs of the people. The rural public cultural service has always been the weakest link in the punic service of our country. The farmers ＇ public culture needs also is neglected, in order to achieve the integration of urban and rural culture development, It is given an effective way to innovate the rural culture service supply, expand the service supply channels, optimize service pattern, improve the quality and level of public cultural services in rural areas from the contradiction of Xi＇an rural public culture service supply and demand analysis in this paper.
