摘　　要： 周视瞄准镜的技术指标误差限主要是预先设计或工厂检验的经验估计,若按此误差限进行计量合格判定,无法确认其测量能力满足靶场鉴定试验的质量管控要求。根据测量过程能力理论,以测量标准代替试验中的被测对象,用校准过程近似试验中的测量过程,给出了基于历史计量校准数据评定误差限的方法。通过初步验证,并与原误差限对比分析,按新误差限进行计量合格判定,可以更好地确保正常测量的过程能力受控。 Error limit of panoramic sight is mainly pre-designed or estimated through the experience of factory＇ s test. If it is used to determine whether the measurement results are qualified, we can not confirm whether its measuring process capability meets the organization ＇ s quality management require- ments. In this paper, based on the theory of measurement process capability, the method of using his- torical measurement calibration data to assess the error limit is presented. By comparing with the old error limit value, the calculated values are used to determine whether the instrument is qualified, which can better ensure that capability is controlled in the actual measurement process.
