基于改进分层序列的下架多工况减重设计

摘  要: 针对某轻型牵引炮下架的减重设计,建立了火炮下架结构在3种典型射角工况下的有限元模型,通过计算分析可知,下架最大应力及变形较小,减重空间较大。受到传统的分层序列优化方法的启发,提出了改进的分层序列优化方法,以实现下架多工况减重设计。详细阐述了下架在3种工况之间的分层序列方法及各个优化层次之间的约束条件的传递方式,利用拓扑方法,获得最佳材料分布,最终的减重设计效果验证了该方法的有效性。本策略对多工况下工作的架体减重设计具有通用性。 According to the lightweight design of undercarriage of the light towed howitzer, the FE model of artillery undercarriage structure at three typical fire angle working conditions was established. Through calculation and analysis known: maximum stress and deformation of undercarriage was small and the space to light weight was big. Inspired from traditional stratified sequence method, modified stratified sequence method was presented to light weight of undercarriage at different working condi- tions. Stratified Sequence Method of undercarriage at three working conditions and transmittal mode of constraint condition between them stated at length in this article, utilized topological method to get the best material distribution, and at last the result of the lightweight design certified this method was valid. This strategy has generality for the lightweight design of carriage at different working conditions.
