摘 要: 利用自制的电声场复合阻垢处理器,研究电声场复合作用下循环冷却水粘度变化对阻垢效果的影响.从CaCO_3水垢晶体受到的水流切向应力和水流速度流速角度,分析了电声场复合处理后,水溶液的粘度与水流速度的变化对阻垢率的影响,当流速较低时,粘度变化对阻垢率的影响占主导地位;当流速较高时,粘度变化对阻垢率的影响较小. Using home-made electrostatic and ultrasonic field composite scale inhibition processor, studied on scale inhibition influence with changes of cooling water viscosity by electrostatic and ultrasonic field compound action. From the perspectives Of tangential stress and flow velocity effects on CaCO3 microcrystal,analysised the effect of variation of viscosity and water flow velocity on scale inhibition after electrostatic and ultrasonic field compound treatment. The experimental results indicated that when the flow rate is low, the change of viscosity has a dominant influence on the scale inhibition rate; when the flow velocity is high,change of viscosity has little effect on the fouling resistance and the scale inhibition rate.
