摘　　要： 为了确保检测设备在使用期间始终处于良好的状态以此证明实验室检验结果的可信度,需要对检测设备进行期间核查。介绍期间核查的对象和作业指导书的编制,针对10 t、60 t拉力试验机和大吨位100 t、200 t拉力试验机分别提出了不同的核查程序,阐述了引伸计、松弛试验机、直读光谱仪等检测设备期间核查方法,对期间核查的结果进行了评价。期间核查能够预防和发现不合格的检测设备并避免误用,保证检测结果持续的准确性、有效性。 In order to ensure that the testing equipment is always in good condition during the period of use,and to demonstrate the credibility of the laboratory test results,it is necessary to carry out the period verification of the testing equipment. The object and the work instruction of the period verification was introduced,and a variety of verification procedures are proposed for 10 t,60 t tensile testing machine and large tonnage 100 t,200 t tensile testing machine respectively,the methods of the period verification for extensometer,relaxation tester,direct-reading spectrometer and other testing equipment were expounded,the results of the period verification were evaluated. The period verification can prevent and detect unqualified testing equipment and to avoid misuse,to ensure continuous accuracy and effectiveness of test results.
