摘 要: 为查明连接风机桨叶与轮毂的双头螺柱断裂原因,采用宏观检查、断口分析、金相检验、力学性能检测、化学成分分析等方法进行分析。结果表明:螺柱的断裂性质为疲劳断裂;断裂螺柱心部金相组织、非金属夹杂物、化学成分、螺纹不连续性缺陷、力学性能等均无明显异常。安装不规范或维护不到位等原因引起的松动是诱发螺柱发生疲劳断裂的主要原因。 In order to find out fracture reason of the double-headed bolt connecting fan blade and hub,adopting macroscopic examination and fracture analysis,metallographic examination,mechanical property testing,chemical composition analysis and other methods,the fracture reasons were analyzed. The results show that the fracture properties of bolt is fatigue fracture. Bolt fracture microstructure,non-metallic inclusions,chemical composition,thread discontinuity defects,mechanical properties,has no obvious abnormalities. Installation being lack of standardization or maintenance not in place causing loose is main reasons for inducing fatigue fracture of bolt.
