摘 要: 某石油钻井用钢丝绳使用过程中发生外层钢丝断裂。对断裂钢丝绳进行宏观断口分析、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相分析及电镜微观分析等,结果表明:该钢丝绳中断丝为疲劳断裂,钢丝绳使用时与外部接触的滑轮摩擦所致的磨损是钢丝绳疲劳断丝的一个主要原因;同时钢丝存在较多的铁的氧化物夹杂,破坏了金属的连续性,加速了钢丝断裂。建议使用中严格按照操作规范运行,生产中加强钢丝原料质量控制,提高钢丝冶炼的纯净度。 The fracture of the outer steel wire occurred during the use of a steel wire rope for an oil drilling. The fracture reasons were analyzed by means of macro fracture analysis,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,metallographic analysis and electron microscopic analysis. Results show that the wire rope broken wire is fatigue fracture; the wear damage caused by friction pulley wire rope used in contact with the outside is a major cause of wire rope fatigue fracture of the steel wire. The iron oxide inclusions exist in steel wire destroy the continuity of metal,also accelerated wire breakage. It is suggested that running strictly according to operation specification in use,strengthen steel wire raw material quality control in production,improve steel wire smelting purity.
