摘　　要： 介绍摩天轮项目基本情况及对摩天轮轮辐索要求。给出摩天轮轮辐索结构图、轮辐索叉耳端密封图及弯曲疲劳试验示意图。通过采用弯曲限制器设计及灌注液体橡胶技术,结合多种密封防腐措施,并加强浇铸偏差控制,生产出的轮辐索经200万次弯曲疲劳试验检测,3根摩天轮轮辐试验索的疲劳试验检测结果全部达到标准要求并超过预期效果。 To introduce basic situation of ferris wheel project and requirements of ferris wheel spoke cable. Ferris wheel spoke cable structure diagram, spoke cable fork ears end seal diagram and bending fatigue test diagram were given. By a- dopting design of bending restrictor and technology of filling liquid rubber, combining with many sealing anticorrosion meas- ures, and strengthen casting deviation control, after 2 000 thousand times bending fatigue test detection, the fatigue test detection results of three ferris wheel spoke cable test wheel all reach standard requirement and exceeding desired effect.
