连续油管喷砂射孔技术在页岩气井的应用

摘  要: 为了避免复合桥塞分级技术在页岩气井等复杂工矿开采中出现的桥塞下放不到位、常规磨鞋不能通过变形点、电缆断裂、卡钻等风险,采用连续油管喷砂射孔技术与缝内暂堵相结合代替传统桥塞—射孔技术。介绍了水力喷射原理、喷嘴水力学参数的设计以及连续油管喷砂射孔施工配套技术的优化措施。采用连续油管喷砂射孔技术对昭通地区一口页岩气井进行了分段改造,结果表明,该技术在页岩气储层改造中的应用可行且高效,具有能够实现灵活分层、不受井筒变形限制、施工后井筒清洁和便于后期修井作业等特点。 In order to avoid some risks of composite bridge plug classification technique in complex industrial and mining exploitation, such as the bridge plug does not reach the designated position, conventional grinding shoes cannot pass the deformation points, cable breakage, jamming of a drilling tool and so on, it adopted coiled tubing abrasive perforation technology and temporary plug instead of the traditional bridge plug-perfbration technology. In this article, it introduced ttae principle of hydraulic jet, the hydraulic parameters design of nozzle, and the optimization measure of the matching technology of coiled tubing abrasive perforation. Using coiled tubing abrasive perforation technology to conduct subsection transform for a gas well in Zhaotong area, the results showed that the application of this technology in shale gas reservoir reconstruction was feasible and efficient, and can realize flexible layered, without being limited by the shaft deformation. The wellbore was clean 'after construction; It was convenient for later repair work.
