摘  要: 为了避免高H2S/CO2油气田用管道的电化学腐蚀损伤和应力腐蚀开裂问题,以某天然气净化厂原料气管线拟使用的N08825镍基合金复合管为例,研究了其加工技术及耐蚀性能。研究结果显示,N08825镍基合金复合管力学性能及SCC性能均满足中石化普光气田净化厂原料气管线安全隐患治理工程SEI《焊制复合钢管、管件规格书》要求。结果表明,通过控制大直径镍基合金管件加工工艺并在复合管内表面涂刷防护剂,可确保复合管件成型质量及高H2S/CO2环境下的抗应力腐蚀开裂性能。 In order to avoid electrochemical corrosion damage and stress corrosion cracking problem in high H2S/CO2 gas fields and pipelines, taking N08825 nickel base alloy pipe, which will be used in a natural gas purification plant raw material gas pipeline, as an example, studied the processing technology and corrosion resistance. The research results indicated that the mechanical properties of N08825 nickel base alloy and the performance of SCC all meet the requirements of the SEI "welding composite steel pipe and pipe piece specification" of the raw material gas pipeline safety hazard management project of Sinopec Puguang gas field purification plant. The research results showed that by controlling the large diameter nickel base alloy pipe fittings processing technology and painting protective agent in composite pipe inner surface, can ensure the forming quality of the composite pipe and the stress corrosion cracking performance under high H2S/CO2 environment.
