摘 要: 为研究不同土地利用方式对节节草吸附重金属的影响,利用野外调查与室内分析相结合的方法,通过9种土地利用方式下的土壤样品和节节草植株的采集,利用微波消解和ICP-MS技术进行重金属元素Cr、Cu、Zn含量的测定.结果表明:不同土地利用方式下土壤中重金属含量均表现为Cr>Cu>Zn,其中垃圾堆中节节草对Cr的富集系数最大,为3.65,对Cu、Zn的富集系数均小于1.桃树林中节节草对Cr、Cu、Zn的转运系数均表现为最大值,分别为1.32、1.24和2.20.通过富集系数和转运系数分析,可知节节草对于重金属具有较好的吸附作用,可以作为重金属污染修复的超富集植物. To study the impacts of Hippochaete rarnosissimum on heavy metal absorption,soil and plant samples were collected in different land use patterns and the determination of cadmium,copper,lead and zinc was measured by microwave digestion and ICP-MS technology.The resuhs showed that the amounts of heavy metals in soil was made Cr〉Cu〉Zn in all different land use types,and the maximum accumulation coefficient of H. rarnosissimum on appeared cadmium among the rubbish,which could reach 3.65,while copper and zinc enrichment coefficients were less than 1.The transshipment coefficients for chrome,copper and zinc were highest in the paech grove,which was 1.32,1.24 and 2.20 respectively.Our findings showed that the H. ramosissimum had a positive impacted on heavy metal absorption and could be categorized as hyperaccumulator in the process of phytoremediation.
