构架轴距与高速列车动态性能的影响规律

摘  要: 构架结构参数对高速列车的动态性能影响较大,但是构架结构参数与高速列车动态性能的影响规律研究较少,难以直接指导构架设计.因此,通过构架有限元分析和车辆刚柔耦合动力学仿真,分别研究了构架轴距与其自振特性、瞬态动力学性能和车辆系统动力学的影响规律.研究结果表明:构架轴距的增加降低了构架固有频率,其中对一阶自振频率影响较大,增强了构架30Hz左右的振动能量,并提高了车辆运行的安全性和平稳性,而轴距的变化对高速列车稳定性影响不大.因此,在综合考虑构架轻量化和共振的前提下,构架的结构设计适合采用较大的轴距. Structural parameters of bogie frame have great influence on the dynamic performance of high speed train,but there is less research on the relation between wheelbase of bogie frame and the dynamic performance of high speed train,which is difficult to directly guide the design of bo- gie frame. Therefore, the influence of wheelbase on natural vibration characteristics, transient dy- namic performance and dynamic performance of vehicle has been studied respectively by finite ele- ment analysis of bogie frame and rigid flexible coupling dynamics simulation of vehicle. The result shows that increasing wheelbase of bogie frame reduces the natural frequency,which has a great influence on the first natural frequency. Furthermore, the vibration energy around 30 Hz is en- hanced,and the safety and stationarity of vehicle are improved by increasing wheelbase of bogie frame, but the stability is not influenced by different wheelbase. Therefore, the bigger wheelbase is suited for the structural design of bogie frame with consideration of the lightweight and reso- nance of bogie frame.
