圆管管翅式换热器耦合传热数值方法研究

摘  要: 为了研究圆管管翅式换热器流动与传热特性,采用分区求解、边界耦合的方法对圆管管翅式换热器进行三维数值模拟,通过模型实验值对比验证了肋侧流动通道对流换热系数h的数值解,研究了翅片间距对换热器传热性能的影响.研究结果表明:当空气进口速度uin较小时,非耦合分析的数值解与实验值更为接近;当空气进口速度uin大于5m/s的时候,耦合方法得到的数值解与实验值之间的误差小于2%,所得结论为数值设计管翅式换热器提供一定的参考. In order to investigate the characteristics of heat transfer and fluid flow of a circular tube bank fin heat exchanger,the all-coupling numerical method and no-coupling numerical method are adopted to simulate 3- D model of a circular tube bank fin heat exchanger. The numerical results of heat transfer coefficient obtained by these two algorithms are compared with the experimental results. The simulation based on all-coupling numerical method is validated by the experiment data in literature. The influence of fin spacing on heat transfer perform- ance of the circular tube bank fin heat exchanger is also discussed. The results show that the discrepancy be- tween numerical data obtained by no-coupling method and experimental data is small with low air flow velocity, and the error between numerical results using all-coupling method and experiment results is within 2% when the inlet air flow velocity is higher than 5 m/s. These results provide some constructive instructions on design for tube bank fin heat exchanger by using numerical simulation.
