摘 要: 为了快速获得限压式变量叶片泵的性能参数,在对其工作原理分析的基础上,提出了基于尺寸驱动功能的限压式变量泵特性参数图解法,实现了限压式变量叶片泵特性曲线自动生成和给定工况下调整参数的自动获得.在SolidWorks环境下建立了求解模型,算例分析表明,建立的图解法模型所得结果与解析法所得结果完全一致,可作为工程应用的参考. In order to obtain the characteristic parameter of limited pressure variable pump, the graphic method based on dimension drive is developed by analyzing the working principle of limit- ed pressure variable pump. This method can automatically obtain the characteristic curve and the characteristic parameter under the given load case. The solution model is set up under SolidWorks software, and the example analysis shows that the calculating result of the graphic method model is in full accord with that of analytical method, and this method is suitable for engineering applica- tion.
