摘　　要： 随着"互联网+"时代的到来,一大批新型的网络营销模式迅速兴起,微信营销就是其中的典型代表。但是由于微信商务平台管理者监管不到位、相关法律法规缺漏、违法犯罪成本低等问题,当前微信平台上不可避免地出现了诈骗、组织卖淫、传播淫秽物品等犯罪行为,而其中涉案金额巨大、人员众多的当属传销犯罪。借助网络的虚拟性和空间的跨越性,基于微信平台的传销犯罪有愈演愈烈的趋势,因此思考针对微信平台传销犯罪的预防与治理问题显得尤为必要。 With the advent of the age of Internet,large numbers of internet marketing mode are soon rising,where WeChat marketing is a typical examples.Due to supervision inadequacy,legal loophole,and low crime cost,WeChat marketing allows fraud,organizational prostitution,spreading obscene articles and so on,among which pyramid selling has the hugest sum of money and people involved in the case.Making use of the On-line virtality and region crossing in reality,pyramid selling in WeChat platform develops rapidly.Therefore it is necessary to solve the problem with effective methods that can prevent and control this.
