摘　　要： 语义有两种:一种是语言本身的含义;另一种是语言的文化含义。在跨文化交际中,交际双方不能共享相同的语言和文化规则,因而在编码和解码过程中往往出现语义不符现象,造成文化语义位移。文章将文化语义位移分为四类进行分析:语义的增补、语义的减损、语义的缺失或替补、语义的对立,结果表明语言符号有两种结构:语言结构和文化结构,二者相辅相成,不可分割。 There are two kinds of lexical meaning in a language：the meaning of the word itself and the cultural meaning.Due to the fact that speakers often could not share the same language and cultural rules in intercultural communications,there is semantic discrepancy in the process of encoding and decoding,which will cause the shift of cultural meaning.The shift of cultural meaning is classified into four types：meaning supplement,meaning derogation,meaning absence or substitute and meaning opposition.The research results show that there are two kinds of language symbol：language structure and cultural structure,which cannot be separated from each other.
