摘　　要： 中国的大学教育正在遭受一定程度的信任危机,表征为非理性的"出国留学热"和"读大学无用论"的蔓延。大学教育的信任危机问题,根本上是一个人才培养质量问题。人才培养质量提高的关键在于创新人才培养模式,而创新人才培养模式的根本又在于优化配置教育教学资源。教学资源的优化配置,要立足于校内外教学资源的广域性、关联性、综合性和系统性,立足于教学资源的挖潜、盘活、重组、共享、建设、发展,同时致力于教学资源的转化,充分发挥其整体性效能,全面提高人才培养的质量和水平。 China＇s university education is suffering crisis of confidence to a certain extent,characterized as the spread of irrational＂study abroad heat＂and＂university useless＂.University education trust crisis is a problem of the quality qualified people training fundamentally. The key to improving the quality of qualified people training lies in the innovation of qualified people training model,and the fundamental way of cultivating talents is to optimize the allocation of education and teaching resources. The optimal allocation of teaching resources should be based on the wide-ranging,relevance,comprehensive and systematic nature of teaching resources both inside and outside school,based on the teaching resources of the potential,revitalize,reorganization,sharing,construction,development,at the same time committed to the transformation of teaching resources,giving full play to its overall effectiveness,and comprehensively improve the quality and level of qualified people training.
