摘　　要： 糖尿病患者较易合并餐后低血压，其原因与糖尿病自主神经病变关系密切，但机制尚不清楚，探讨二者相关性的证据有限，本文将结合我们既往研究结果，就二者相关性进行探讨，并对治疗方案做一综述．旨在加强临床医生对糖尿病自主神经病变患者发生餐后低血压的重视及合理管理。 Patients with diabetes are prone to combine postprandial hypotension, the reason may be related to diabetic autonomic nerve lesions, but the mechanism is not clear. However, literature published so far is limited on this issue. This paper will combine the past research results, discuss the correlation, and make a review of treatment, aimed at emphasizing its importance and proper management.
