摘　　要： 体外心肺复苏（extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation，E—CPR）作为心脏骤停（CA）的辅助治疗手段正日益得到重视。进一步探索其临床应用有利于提升心肺复苏（CPR）的存活率，减少复苏后的神经系统并发症的发生。本文就E—CPR在CPR中的应用进行了综述。 Extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation （E -CPR） is becoming advanced therapies for cardiac arrest. Further research is necessary to investigate the survival rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the occurrence of neurological complications after resuscitation. The application of E - CPR in cardiopulmonary resuscitation is reviewed in this article.
