摘　　要： 以中国和新西兰的乳品供应链作为研究对象,通过对比两国乳品供应链发展模式,梳理中国与新西兰乳品供应链模式的区别。结果表明,相较于新西兰乳品供应链的股份制、规模化等特点,中国乳品供应链发展模式存在的问题主要集中在供应链上游,即原奶供应与乳品加工企业的关系尚未理顺;供应链下游,即分销体系管理成本过高等。我国乳品加工企业作为乳品供应链的核心企业,更重视供应链下游的垂直开发,而向供应链上游垂直力度较小。研究提出要加强乳品供应链上游垂直发展模式,优化上下游利益合作机制,形成横纵一体化供应链网络结构,以推动我国乳品供应链的持续健康高效发展。 This paper takes the dairy supply chain in China and New Zealand as the research object, and compares the dairy supply chain de- velopment model between China and New Zealand to sort out the differences. The results show that the development model of dairy supply chain in China is mainly concentrated in upstream, that is, the relationship between raw milk supply and dairy processing enterprises has not yet been smoothed. And the distribution system management costs are too high in supply chain downstream. As the core part of dairy supply chain, China＇s dairy processing enterprises pay more attention to the vertical development of supply chain downstream than upstream, the paper puts forward that, it needs to strengthen upstream development of dairy supply chain, and to optimize the upstream and downstream interest cooperation mechanism, promoting China＇s dairy supply chain sustained healthy and efficient development
