摘 要: 基于战略创业理论,能力柔性在创业型领导与新创企业绩效关系内具有中介作用;依据权变理论,环境动态性对于创业型领导与能力柔性关系具有调节作用。通过对213个样本的实证分析,结果表明:创业型领导显著正向影响能力柔性;能力柔性在创业型领导与新创企业绩效的关系中具有显著的中介效应;环境动态性正向调节了创业型领导与能力柔性的关系,同时也正向调节了创业型领导经过能力柔性与新创企业绩效所形成的间接关系。 This paper analyses the mediating role of ability flexibility in the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and new venture performance based on strategic entrepreneurship theory, and it also discusses the modera-ting role of environmental dynamism in the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and ability flexibility based on contingency theory. Through the empirical analysis of 213 samples, the results show that entrepreneurial leadership has a significant positive effect on ability flexibility; ability flexibility has evident mediating effect in the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and new venture performance; environmental dynamics mediates positively the re-lationship between entrepreneurial leadership and ability flexibility, and it also mediates positively the indirect rela-tionship between entrepreneurial leadership and new venture performance via ability flexibility.
