摘 要: 目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠对阿霉素(adriamycin,ADR)所致心肌损伤患者肌钙蛋白I(TnI)、N末端脑钠肽原(NT-proBNP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平的影响。方法选择2013年12月至2015年1月在阆中市人民医院就诊的100例ADR所致心肌损伤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组采用常规心肌损伤治疗;试验组在常规心肌损伤治疗基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及TnI、NT-proBNP、ET-1和AngⅡ水平。结果试验组总有效率优于对照组;心功能、血清NT-proBNP、ET-1和AngⅡ水平较对照组有所改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规心肌损伤治疗加用磷酸肌酸钠可降低ADR所致心肌损伤患者TnI、NT-proBNP、ET-1和AngⅡ水平,有效改善患者心肌损伤症状。 Objective To investigate the effect of creatine phosphate sodium on the levels of troponin I (TnI), N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), endothelin 1 (ET-1) and Angiotensin II (AngII) in patients with myocardial injury caused by Adriamycin (ADR). Methods 100 patients with myocardial injury caused by ADR, who were treated from December of 2013 to January of 2015 in Langzhong People's Hospital were selected as the research object and divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table, and each group consisted of 50 cases. The control group was given the conventional treatment of myocardial injury, while the observation group was treated with creatine phosphate sodium besides the conventional treatment. Then the two groups were compared in the curative effect, the adverse reaction and the levels of TnI, NT-proBNP, ET-1 and AngII respectively. Results The observation group was better than the control group in the overall effective rate after treatment. The cardiac function and the levels of NT-proBNP, ET-1 and AngII were significantly improved in the observation group than in the control group respectively (P〈0.05). There were no significant differences in the adverse reaction between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion The conventional treatment of myocardial injury combined with creatine phosphate sodium can reduce the levels of TnI, NT-proBNP, ET-1 and Angll in patients with myocardial injury caused by ADR and effectively improve the myocardial injury.
