摘　　要： 文章基于产教融合视角,探讨信息技术人才培养转型升级的对策措施,包括优化培养目标、实施强化校企合作的"2+1+1"模式、重构对接行业产业的课程体系、开设校企共建特色强化班、倡导课证赛融合育人模式、改革传统评价方法等,以强化培养学生的应用能力、实践能力和创新能力,促进地方高等教育发展新范式的探索。 The measures for improving the model of training IT talents were discussed in this paper based on the perspective of the mixture of industry and education, including optimizing the training objectives,building the ＂2＋1＋1＂ university-enterprise cooperation model, restructuring the curriculum system close to industry, running a characteristic class to strengthen the university-enterprise cooperation, practicing the combination mode of courses, certificates and competitions and reforming the traditional evaluation methods, which could strengthen the application ability, practical ability and innovation ability of the students and explore the new paradigm for promoting the development of local higher education.
