摘　　要： 目的探讨美沙拉嗪联合布地奈德治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果,为溃疡性结肠炎的临床治疗提供新思路。方法选取2013年4月至2015年2月我院收治的86例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组患者采用口服美沙拉嗪联合地塞米松保留灌肠治疗,观察组患者采用口服美沙拉嗪联合布地奈德保留灌肠治疗。经过8周治疗后,通过结肠镜检查,比较两组患者的临床效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率为86.05%,对照组患者的总有效率为65.12%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为18.60%,对照组不良反应总发生率为39.53%,观察组患者的不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪联合布地奈德保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎,临床效果显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of mesalazine combined with budesonide in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 86 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis admitted in our hospital from April 2013 to February 2015 were selected as the study objects, all the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral mesaiazine combined with dexamethasone retention enema, and the observation group was given oral mesalazine combined with budesonide retention enema. After 8 weeks of treatment, the clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared by colonoscopy. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.05%, and that of the control group was 65.12%, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was 18.60%, and that of the control group was 39.53%, the total incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mesalazine combined with budesonide in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has significant clinical effect and less adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
