摘　　要： 《资本论》三卷完整阐述了马克思经济周期理论,历次经济危机的爆发为马克思主义经济周期理论的发展和创新提供了研究和检验对象。危机的共同根源是资本主义私有产权制度下市场调节非有效性与发展对稳定性要求之间的矛盾。我国实行社会主义市场经济体制,要平稳经济波动,实现经济快速、稳定、健康发展,必须坚持公有制为主体,处理好政府和市场的关系,完善信用监管机制,树立发展信心,加强信息公开,把握舆论导向。 Marxian economy recycle theory origins from Das Capital,economy crisis in the history advanced the development and innovation of this theory.The common nature of these crisis is the contradiction between market inefficiency and the need of stability to economy under capitalism private property rights.China should insist on public ownership,balance between market and government,build up perfect credit supervision system,give development confidence,improve information publicity and control the direction of public opinion for more stable,healthy and fast economy.
