摘　　要： 运用文献资料法、实地调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对鄂西民族传统体育文化传承与创新研究中的子课题"土家摆手舞传承与保护的思路"进行研究、剖析和论证,发现:文化生态保护区整体性保护的思路对鄂西民族传统体育文化传承与创新意义重大。土家摆手舞的传承与保护实践"文化生态保护区整体性保护"的思路有其优势,同时也面临难题。 This study using the literature material method, field survey method, expert interviews and other research methods, on the west by corpus in the study of national traditional sports culture inheritance and innovation of 'inheritance and protection of Tujia waving dance' for research, analysis and demonstration, draw the conclusion: the thinking of cultural ecology reserve integrity protection of western Hubei ethnic traditional sports cultural heritage and innovation is of great significance. Inheritance and protection of Tujia waving dance practice the thinking of 'cultural ecological reserve integrity protection' has its advantages, at the same time also face a difficult problem.
