摘 要: [目的]使用客观测量的方式,定量测量北京市某高中高一学生在校期间的体力活动水平和特征,探讨高中生在校期间的体力活动水平是否得到切实保障,为学校采取措施促进学生体力活动提供客观依据。[方法]选取北京市西城区某高中高一学生35名(男生19名,女生16名),使用美国Acti Graph GT3X+加速度计,记录并分析学生一周在校期间体力活动水平。[结果]在校期间,高一女生平均每天静坐少动时间为513.4±28.4min,占佩戴总时间的83.0±3.1%;高一男生平均每天静坐少动时间为500.3±28.1min,占佩戴总时间的78.7±3.9%,所占比例显著低于女生(p<0.05)。平均每天进行低强度体力活动时间女生为81.6±18.7min,男生为98.4±21.1min,男生显著高于女生(p<0.05)。平均每天进行中高强度体力活动时间女生为24.1±6.3min,男生为36.2±11.1min,男生非常显著高于女生(p<0.01),且男生和女生每日中高强度活动时间均未达到体力活动推荐量。[结论]高一女生体力活动水平显著低于男生,且高一男生和女生中高强度体力活动时间均未达到世界卫生组织所建议的儿童青少年应每天至少进行60min以上中高强度体力活动的建议,也未达到教育部所提出的各级中小学至少保证学生每天在校一小时体力活动的要求。学校应采取相应措施,确保将"阳光运动一小时"的要求落到实处。 [Objective]Use objective measurement to quantify the in-school physical activity level of high school students in Beijing, in order to investigate whether the in-school physical activity get ensured, and provide evidence for school to take strategies to promote physical activity level of students. [Method]35 healthy adolescents(19 boys and 16 girls) were recruited from grade 1 of a high school, and Acti Graph GT3X+ accelerometer was used to measure the in-school physical activity of adolescents. Sedentary behaviors, light-intensity physical activity(LPA), moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity(MVPA) were assessed. [Results]During school time, girls spend 513.4±28.4min on sedentary behavior, while boys spend 500.3±28.1min on sedentary behavior. Girls spend 81.6±18.7min on LPA, while boys spend 98.4±21.1min on LPA, and boys spend more time on LPA than girls(p<0.05). Beside, boys spend significantly more time on MVPA(36.2±11.1min) than girls(24.1±6.3min). But neither boys nor girls' MVPA time meet physical activity guidelines.[Conclusion]The physical activity level of girls is significantly lower than that of boys. None of the students spend enough time on MVPA which meet the physical activity guideline of WHO and the request of Chinese Ministry of Education. The school should take strategies to make sure that the requirement of 'sunshine sports for one hour' be implemented.
