摘 要: 全氟辛烷磺酸(Perfluorooctane sulphonate,PFOS)及其盐类是新型持久性有机污染物(Persistent Organic Pollutants,POPs)的一种,是我国松花江等水体中常见的污染物之一。本文综述了PFOS及其盐类的性质、污染水平及毒性效应等方面研究的进展。PFOS的结构决定了它难降解的特性,针对PFOS的结构特点及污染水平,开发了很多有针对性的检测方法,比较有代表性的是液相色谱串联质谱法(HPLC-MS)。本文还评估和分析PFOS的毒性及其对环境和生态系统的危害,阐述鱼类作为典型模式生物的优势。 Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) is one of the most important new organic pollutants POPs). PFOS were found in some rivers in China including Songhua River. The property, pollution levels and toxicity of PFOS are overviewed in this paper. PFOS is difficult to degradate for the special structure. Many detection methods are developed according to PFOS these years. Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) is most popular of these methods. Some organisms are used to evaluate the pollution and damage of PFOS to environmental ecosystems. Fish is a typical and better model organism for environment assessment researcher.
