摘　　要： 金工实习是应用型高校机械类专业学生的一门重要实践教学课程,是为培养适应建设社会主义现代化需要的、德智体美全面发展的、具有创新精神和较强实践动手能力的应用型技术人才。通过金工实习实践教学,能够使学生在操作技能方面得以加强,并更好地理解课堂上所学过的理论知识,为后续课程奠定基础。此文主要阐述金工实习的地位与作用,以及金工实习教学过程中存在的问题,针对存在的问题,合理优化教学资源,加强建设与管理,提出金工实习课程教学改革措施与探索方案,以培养高层次应用型专业技术人才。 The practice of metalworking is an important practical teaching course for the application-oriented university students.It aims to cultivate technical talents with applied skills who can meet the needs of construction of socialist modernization in the 21st century, comprehensively develop moral and physical beauty, have the spirit of innovation and strong practical ability.Through the metalworking practice,students can strengthen their operation skills and better understand the theoretical knowledge they have learned in class to lay the foundation for the follow-up courses.This article mainly elaborates the status and function of the metalworking practice, and the problems existing in the process of metalworking practice teaching, aiming at optimizing the teaching resources to solve existing problems ,strengthening the construction and management, proposing the teaching reform measures and the exploration plan of the metalworking practice course to cultivate high-level applied and professional technical talents.
