摘　　要： 焊接实训教学是高校焊接专业培养实际操作能力的重要教学环节,对焊接专业学生的综合素质培养和就业竞争力具有重要的意义。针对提高学生焊接工艺设计能力和焊接操作能力为目的,开展Q235钢展示架的焊接生产项目进行焊接创新训练。论述了焊接专业团队在展示架生产上的工艺设计、钢材切割下料、焊接等工序,不仅培养焊接专业本科学生的创新能力,同时也提高了专业教师的指导和科研能力。 The welding practice teaching is an important teaching link to cultivate the practical operation abmty of the welding speciality in colleges and universities, and it is of great significance to get comprehensive quality cultivation and employment competitiveness for welding professional students.In order to improve the design ability of welding technology and welding operation capability of students,the welding production project of Q235 steel display shelf and wielding innovation training were carried out.This paper discusses the process design of welding,cutting stock and welding of steel on produdion display shelf etc.,not only cultivating the innovation ability of undergraduate students, but also improving the instruction and scientific research ability of professional teachers.
