摘　　要： 运用文献法与逻辑分析法,对广州国际马拉松比赛的运作进行分析探讨,以理清广州政府在此赛事中的作用定位。研究发现,广州政府在国际马拉松赛事的运作中,成功地借鉴了体育公共产品供给效率最优规律,并以服务型政府为导向制定管理政策,使广州国际马拉松赛获得迅速发展,这为政府筹办其他大型体育赛事提供了参考依据。 using the method of literature and logical analysis, the paper discusses the operation of guangzhou international marathon, to clarify the role of government in the competition in guangzhou. The study found that the guangzhou government in the international operation of the marathon, succeeded in reference to the sports public products supply efficiency optimal rule, and service-oriented government oriented management policy, make the speedy development of the guangzhou international marathon, the preparation for the government provides a reference for other big sporting events.
