摘 要: 目的:对细毡毛忍冬花蕾的化学成分进行研究。方法:综合运用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱层析、制备薄层色谱和反相C_(18)柱色谱等多种色谱方法对其进行分离和纯化,运用核磁共振谱、质谱等光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从细毡毛忍冬花蕾提取物中分离和鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:medioresinol(Ⅰ)、pinoresinol(Ⅱ)、丁基松柏苷(Ⅲ)、5-(hydroxymethyl)furfural(Ⅳ)、绿原酸丁酯(Ⅴ)、绿原酸甲酯(Ⅵ)、槲皮素(Ⅶ)、绿原酸(Ⅷ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from the buds of Lonicera similis. Methods:The compounds were iso- lated and repeatedly purified by macroperous resin, silica gel column, preparation of TLC and Rp C18 chromatography. Their structure were elucidated by chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Results:Eight compounds were isolated and identified as mediores- inol ( Ⅰ ), pinoresinol ( Ⅱ ), butylconiferin ( Ⅲ), 5- ( hydroxymethyl ) furfural ( Ⅳ ), butyl chlorogenate ( Ⅴ ), methy chlorogenate ( Ⅵ ), quercetin ( Ⅶ), chlorogenic acid ( Ⅷ ). Conclusion : Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅵ are isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds Ⅰ , Ⅲ and IVare isolated from Lonicera genus for the first time.
